Test Ticket Privacy Notice

Information collected

Name, email, optional phone, seat, ticket code, payment status and booking time are collected. Stripe processes test payment information under its privacy notice; full card details are not stored here.

Purpose and sharing

Data is used to process and validate the test booking, prevent duplicate seat sales, provide support and protect the system. Necessary providers include Stripe and the website host.

Retention and rights

Test records should be deleted after testing. Before launch, set a retention period. Depending on applicable law, people may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and may complain to the Data Protection Commission.
